Executive Coaching
My one-to-one executive coaching equips leaders with the tools they need to become more self-aware. For leaders who want to align their organizations with more diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, this process of self-discovery is key to a wider transformation. All of my work is undertaken with an equity lens.
At the heart of my coaching is also the idea that everything you learn about YOU should be affirming. Executive coaching should never be a personal attack on someone’s character. Instead, it should be about respecting and valuing who a person is at their core and teaching self-awareness so leaders can understand who they really are and how they impact others. Only then can they start to enable wider transformation across their organization.
I am a licensed practitioner and distributor of the Insights program, which aims to teach leaders at global organizations and their teams how to reach peak performance through more self-awareness.
I am also a member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and have been trained in the Co-active® coaching model, which believes in enhancing clients’ existing skills, resources, and creativity.
